The Morotola q9c is great for communication. With the Sprint network, I get better phone reception than anyone I know. When I am driving, I find it convenient to use the voice recogonition, rather than scroll through all my contacts (I know, it's not safe to use a phone while you drive either way).... More

I own this phone for almost a year. For the last two months, I have been experiencing system slow down, system uses up 100% CPU constantly. Was this caused by the windows update? I think this started when I updated the software, don't remember.
