I got this phone about 6 months ago. first week and I was already frustrated. messaging is horrible with and without t9 as the touch screen is ridiculously slow and unresponsive and the layout is clumsy at best. interface is not well planned out, I have to take and entire minute just to view a photo.... More

phones got great features, but i have trouble hearing people when im on the phone with the volume full, i have to use the the handfree feature to hear. and i tend to do 90% txting ant its very hard to txt on this phone it definately need a full querty keyboard with faster input response!!! either than... It is a very frustrating phone to use. I cannot find out how to clear the screen of messages that I don't need like " please attach headset " . Will exchange for another phone.
