Why can I not send or receive picture text messages when I have the PC Mobile $15 per month unlimited texting plan?
I have the President's Choice $15 per month unlimited text plan. I can send an receive regular texts. But I cannot send or receive picture text messages. Why is that?

Which phone are you using? I'm pretty sure you don't have the right settings for sending/receiving picture message. I suggest that you contact PC Mobile and ask for the MMS settings.
