I have the gold plan it's charging me more than what I originally agreed to the 65$ per month and additional phone that was added to my account that I can not even text message a picture to for a nother 35$ per month and that should be all I'm billed for.
I bought the gold package so I could have these services and I can not even use them and you want to get paid for that. Well I am a paying customers I would like what I pay for.

You should contact Virgin Mobile directly to report your problem. The problem could be in their end and they should be able to fix it once you inform them.
