I bought my samsung note 3 from att 6 months ago and now unit will not charge. I have tried 5 different cables, new battery. I need to get service. How do I go about getting warranty work done? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
Take your phone with your warranty card and receipts to a Samsung store. Tell them about the problem. Your phone's warranty last for one year. So I'm pretty you'll get your phone repaired.
