I have not received this month's phone bill; when I sent in last month's payment, I wrote a note stating that I would like to establish automatic payments and that I was unable to log in to my account. Because I have been a previous customer, it keeps asking for a new e-mail address and, try as I might, I've been unable to solve the problem. I received no response from my note with my previous payment and am not pleased.
