Has anyone thought of doing a class action lawsuit against Telus?

I'm on my 2nd 6265i in 12 months and Telus know's that these phones are not right . There should have been a recall on all of them . Has anyone thought of doing a class action lawsuite against Telus for the trouble and money they have cost all of us . They so deserve it . Let us all know .
