Why won't ZTE Z432 charge after leaving it in a sealed plastic bag for 4 days?

I left my zte z432 phone in my car for 4 days in a sealed plastic bag. When I tried to charge it, it would not charge or turn on. What should I do?

Try re-installing the battery and see if it works after that.
