Why did ZTE not repair my ZTE Warp and tell me what's wrong about it?
I have the zte wrap and the screen does not respond to touch. i sent it in and they did nothing but did not say what was wrong with it?

I'm sorry to hear that. Have you tried going to a different cell phone repair shop? They may be able to help you out and may serve you better. I suggest asking for an estimate first and compare it with other repair shops. I hope you get your phone fixed soon. Good luck!
