I have tried so many times to access my account on the internet (fido account) and always get the same message that the site is temporarily down or words to that effect, I am so frustrated that I am thinking of going with another carrier because of it. I have been on the phone with tech support, have been into one of the stores, and tried many times, I am giving up.
