With the latest window 10 update, I cant receive any files from my Doro626 cell phone with bluetooth. I can send files to the phone with bluetooth. Before the latest window 10 update I was able to send and receive files from the Doro626 with bluetooth.

How do I transfer photos from Doro 620 to windows 10. The info in manual worked when I was using windows 7, but not in windows 10

I have recently purchased a Doro PhoneEasy 632 (to replace my prev Motorola Gleam which I ruined by dropping down the loo!). I seem unable to download my photos to my PC (I use Google Picassa system). Previously I could log in and download easily by ticking Download, ignore duplicates, proceed .... all went well.
Now, with my Doro pics, nothing happens, and I can't seem to sort it. Please can anyone help/advise me ?? Many thanks, Jean

I have followed information from Doro 620 cell phone on how to download pictures from my phone to my computer with no success is there something I am missing.

If you have the manual, check page 22 and 23 for the instructions on how to transfer files from your phone to your computer and vice versa. If you don't have the manual yet, you can get one from the Doro PhoneEasy 612 page.
