HOW, please.. for the love of GOD, HOW do I delete more than one message at a time on this phone?This is an absolute deal breaker for me if I have to delete one at a time.Thank you, ANYONE, for any help.

i work with a cell phone company that uses your phones and have many customers wondering if you can delete multiple text at one time or if they have to be removed on at a time

People above have made it clear they do not want to delete A message. they want to delete ALL the messages in one step.

I bought my dad a Dorothy phone easy 409gsm and he having trouble deleting messages on it, it keeps coming up with unfinished and won't delete anything can you help me thank you

If you go into settings you will be able to delete all the messages from there. Select messages. scroll down to delete and you can do it then.good luck

how do I delete messages and photos from my doro 620

I have recently purchased a Doro PhoneEasy 632 (to replace my prev Motorola Gleam which I ruined by dropping down the loo!). I seem unable to download my photos to my PC (I use Google Picassa system). Previously I could log in and download easily by ticking Download, ignore duplicates, proceed .... all went well. Now, with my Doro pics, nothing happens, and I can't seem to sort it. Please can anyone help/advise me ?? Many thanks, Jean

With the latest window 10 update, I cant receive any files from my Doro626 cell phone with bluetooth. I can send files to the phone with bluetooth. Before the latest window 10 update I was able to send and receive files from the Doro626 with bluetooth.

If you have the manual, check page 22 and 23 for the instructions on how to transfer files from your phone to your computer and vice versa. If you don't have the manual yet, you can get one from the Doro PhoneEasy 612 page.

2014 Toyota Camry and Doro phoneeasy 620. No, it will not connect to the bluetooth. The Camry and the Doro found each other. However when trying to pair it returns connect unsuccessful. It is most disappointing that the phone and the 2014 Toyota Camry is not compatible. The Doro phone is a special phone built for the smart elderly people. It is NOT an old phone. Why is it not connecting is beyond reasoning. Elderly people cannot use a bluetooth phone or the Toyota Camry ignoring the older generation?

Hi Charlie. That's very unfortunate that your Doro phone isn't compatible with your vehicle. I would suggest that next time, before getting a new phone, check if the phone you're getting is compatible with your vehicle. You can usually get a list. If ever you have difficulty in finding one, just post here to let me know which car and phone you're planning to have and I can find the compatibility list for you.

I had the same problem with my new Toyota Auris. The phone connected ok but I could not transfer my contact list. Simple solution for me was to transfer from phone memory, and not sim. Worked first time. Thanks to Doro support group. EE have a very good web site which gives you step by step instructions.

My phone has initialized voice mail and it receives it and gives me a symbol of an envelope but when I ask to view it it goes to a message with the choices of delete, send or forward. I cannot get it to let me call for the message???

Press 1 on your phone and that will connect you to your voicemail. Follow the voice prompts to set up your voicemail. If you encounter some difficulty in setting it up, call your provider's customer service for assistance..

My dad suffers from this problem with his Doro, I found that this is caused by messages in the drafts folder on the SIM card, however there is no drafts folder on the Doro to empty! I have to take the SIM card out of the Doro and put into another phone (I use a Nokia) and empty the draft messages and reinsert the SIM into the Doro and this solves the problem until the drafts fill up again and you have to repeat the process. No idea why there is no drafts folder on the Doro, very strange!!

Don't have an answer Paula, Have had problem for a long time,driving me mad, so time has come to ditch Doro (they don't seem to care) I only want a simple pay as you go, given same advice as above Nokia. Not very expensive, I am getting one nothing can be any worse then this Doro

This happens on a few doro mobiles. To clear your phones memory of the messages follow these steps. Press'Menu' press ok, go down to 'settings' press ok, go down to 'messages' press ok go down to the bottom to 'delete' press ok, go down to 'delete all' press ok. Your phone will be clear of text messages stored on your phone and if you stored any texts on your sim this will be cleared also.

Has happened to me a few times but does not matter what I do now I can t clear it , no sense from Doro. Time to ditch it and go for shop recommendation NOKIA I only need a pay as you go ,can t be any worse,

Have had the same problem with my 2404 for ages, can't seem to contact any one with an answer, will have get rid of it , shame because I like this one and it is easy to use and I only need a basic pay as you go. Spoke to a shop suggest a Nokia

My Mum also gets this problem and it's most frustrating. We get around the issue by going into the settings, selecting messages and finding the 'delete all' function. As if my magic it clears everything and then shows 0% in the memory. Whilst this works it's a bit of a pain to keep remembering to do it occassionally but at least it gets around the problem. I've not yet managed to find out why the Doro 508 stores things in this way or how you can overcome the problem on a long term basis.

My mum-in-law had this problem when changed to a new Doro. Only way I solved it was to put her sim in my smartphone and use the settings menu to access messages stored on the sim, then delete them. Seemed that for some weird reason some Doro phones store old messages on the sim card.

My mum new dora phone says, delete tx messages as in box full. She has deleted all tx, but message still comes up. She can't receive any messages due to this problem. It's only basic model and has no app or anything else taking memory up. Please help

This keeps happening to me does anyone know the answer ?

1.Press Menu > Scroll to wrench icon > OK 2. Select Tone settings and press OK. 3. Select Tone setupand press OK. 4. Select Ring Toneand press OK. 5. Select one of the available tones, the tone will be played. Press OK to confirm, or press Back to discard changes. 6. Set up the Alarm, Opening tone, Closing tone, Message tone and Keypad tone in the same way.

My apologies. I thought it was it. Have you tried disabling (muting) all sounds and notifications? Unfortunately, if that doesn't even work, I don't think there's another way to disable start-up and closing down sounds.

These tones are for 'opening the clam' and 'closing the clam', not for shutting down the phone for the night or opening it up the next morning.

Go to the Settings > Tone settings > Tone setup. Scroll down to Opening tone. Choose Silent. Go to Closing tone. Choose Silent.

Non of the web sites helped but found out by trial and error i solved it.Go to settings (spanner icon)At top right tap on the 3 bars.Go down to language and input and tap. Down to google keyboard settings.go to advanced settings and tap.Go down to switch to input method and tick the box.That solved my predictive text problem.

Which keyboard are you using? Assuming you are using the default Android keyboard. Go to Settings > Language & input > tap the settings icon on beside Android keyboard > Auto-correction, choose Off.Let me know if that's the answer you are looking for. :)

We have a Doro 611 and a Motorola both on Tesco pay as you go. If we are close together and I ring the Doro it behaves as normal but if I am 5 miles away the Doro rings twice and then nothing. This has also happened when someone else rang the Doro. So it looks like the fault lies with the Doro. Has anyone got any ideas as to what is happening?

On my DORO 611 I can't find how to listen to a recorded message left as a 'Missed Call' The only options are: view, delete, and delete all. When I open VIEW all it gives me the is information regarding the caller's name, number, date, and time. Nowhere is there an option ot allow me to listen to the recorded message (would that be 'Voicemail'?Can you help please.

Hi Mike. They seem to be the same phone. I think the name only differs depending on which carrier you're getting it from. The Doro PhoneEasy 611 can be purchased from Tesco Mobile in the UK. The Doro PhoneEasy 612 on the other hand is available from Primus and Rogers in Canada, and O2 and eMobile in the UK.

I think you just ran out of credits. If not, just restart the phone. It should work afterwards.
