Why can`t I hear anything through my phone unless I press speaker?
I have a motorola V361. If try to dial out the receiving party will hear the phone ring but I cannot hear anything through my phone unless I press speaker. If someone tries to phone me, the phone will ring but I cannot hear anything unless I press speaker. It is like my phone is on mute but not sure how to revert it back so that it can once again work properly.

It sounds like your phone's earpiece is broken. You should have it checked.
