Horrible battery. I bought this phone on a 3 year contract and the battery died at the start of the second year. Not only that, but when I returned to my service provider, they said I could not purchase a new battery for the phone since it's such an old model. Of course, batteries are not coverd in the warranty. I tried buying a battery online, but it did not work: I kept getting the message "invalid battery" even though I purchased the exact same battery that the phone came with. In the end, it would have cost more for me to have the phone "fixed" (I'm not certain if that is even possible since they apparently don't make batteries for the phone anymore according to Rogers) than to just buy a new phoen. Other problems I've had with the phone include the back constantly falling off, phone calls cutting out, and the mp3 player is not very easy to use. It's bulky and ugly. Less

Then, I realized that the batterywill not charge. I have plugged it into USB and directly into the wall, but nothing works. I have even purchased 3 new $30 batteries to come home and find that they were not the problem. I tried contacting Motorola, but they kept hanging up on me. When I used the online service, I sent them a message about it and they said that they would reply within 1 business day. Here I am, 4 WEEKS later and they still have not replied. I don't know what else to do, and will boycott Motorola. I will tell everyone that I know not to use their equipment. I am not at all satisfied with them. :( Less

Looked good but didn't hold up

Reception is down the tubes now as well there is constantly a buzzing noise during calls. Good stuff: like the clock view on the outside, cute phone ringtones, good predictive texting, like the colourful interface. You can program some of the buttons to link to your most used features which i thought was a nice touch. Less

Recption is Good . . . if you like static

I have never had a phone that you would know that your phone was going to ring by hearing interference in the radio....! Using the phone and the features is fine and getting the call is not a problem ... you just get a head ach as you listen to the constant buzzing in your ear.

Strengths: Bluetooth (for calls). MicroSD Weaknesses: Bulky, no stereo output via earphone, and limited bluetooth (for MP3) Using experience: 15 days Got this phone for 2 year contract, phone is bulky for some. MicroSD is a plus to store MP3, but it did not come with a stereo earphone for music, and after I purchased one (need a 2.5mm jack, regular 3.5mm won't work) it turned out the phone only output music in one channel! What' Yes only ONE channel, not even Mono. Tested the stereo earphone at other music devices it works well, stereo of course on others, just not on the V360. Very sad.I than purchase a Bluetooth earphone (for MP3 music playback, not for talking to the phone) it again sadly won't work. You can only pair the stereo (music) phone to be a regular Mono (yes this time it is Mono) earphone to TALK TO THE CALLS, not music. The Bluetooth stereo phone is working well with my PC and laptop with bluetooth devices. So, won't suggest this phone to all if you want to play the MP3, it is just not for you. Less

hands off hangup

Forgot to mention that when using the wired hands-off, one can pick up a call by simply pressing the button on the ear set cable. But I did not find how to hang-up clicking on that same button brings the phone book....
