How can I get Public Mobile customer service in connection with Motorola set?

There is no sound at all in my phone when am calling someone can't even hear ringing
The only way to contact Public Mobile is to post a question in their community forum or by sending them an email. Unfortunately, there is no option to speak to any of their customer reps.
