Why is my phone still carrier locked when I already used the unlock code from Koodo Mobile?
My name is harish pokhariyal, i had unlocked my phone last week by calling to customer care, I have he unlock code also.
Now I am in india and tried to put the new shim on my device. I learned now that the phone is still locked. Please let me know how to unlock the phone.

That's odd. Did you try if the code worked after you entered it by inserting a different SIM? Try re-entering the code to see if this time it works.
