How to restore my Wind Mobile business phone number?

Can someone at Wind, please help me to restore my business phone number. I have now been trying for 11 days . Wind sold me a phone and plan in an area where there is only intermittent coverage. When I returned the phone and cancelled the account, they accidentally cancelled the phone number I need for my consulting business. I have been following up with WIND for 11 days to have my phone line ported so my clients can call me. They apologize and say it will be done but don't follow through - 17 calls so far and 3 levels of escalation. Everytime I phone, they promise me a timeframe for resolution, eg 3 hours, 12-24 hours, and it is not resolved. I tried emailing customer care 3 times, as well, and got a standard response that my issues were resolved. I asked the help desk to escalate me to legal, senior management, technical support, or anyone that could help me, but was told that was it. Is there another point of contact so that I can resolve this really pressing issue?
