LG has finally made the Viewty Smart GC900 aka Viewty 2 official.
Most of the reported specs are still intact although the Xenon flash has apparently gotten the boot and replaced with a LED flash. However, we’ll forgive them for that small drawback especially since they’ve equipped the Viewty Smart GC900 with some nifty imaging features such as an Intelligent Shot Mode which automatically adjusts the camera settings accordingly depending on the scene. It also comes with multi-face detection, panorama shot, beauty shot, art shot, continuous shooting mode, high 1600 ISO setting, and DVD quality D1 video recording capability. Safe to say, if not for the missing Xenon flash, this Viewty is definitely the best digital camera phones from LG.

Apart from the features we’ve already mentioned in the past, we also now know that it comes with Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP support, HSDPA 2100MHz connectivity, and 1.5GB internal memory expandable via microSD of up to 32GB in capacity.
It will hit the European market sometime in May with a yet-to-be determined price. It will be released in other countries thereafter. Judging from what we now know about the Viewty Smart GC900, it looks poised and ready to be a bestseller just like its predecessor, the LG Viewty.
