The back of the 3G iPhone looks ceramic or fiberglass or plastic that they made to look like ceramic or fiber glass. The camera on the top left, though, looks weirdly located. Ca one actually point and shoot with that thing right there? Of course, with this 3G version is also the iPhone SDK adding new software to the iPhone via the App Store. Commenters on iPod Observer... ahem, observed that this iPhone may be shorter or smaller than the original. Well, hope it fits better in my pocket.
Update: As for June 9th, the iPhone 3G is now a reality.
