The Acer Liquid e has been part of Rogers’s Android family of phones for quite sometime, and based on what we’ve been hearing lately, it’ll soon be available on Fido as well.

Best Buy Fido Acer Liquid e

We don’t know when exactly it’ll be launched on Fido, but we’ve got a feeling it’s just around the corner especially now that Best Buy has already posted it up on their website though not yet readily available for retail. As far as pricing goes, Best Buy is selling the Fido Acer Liquid e for $29.99 on a 3-yr contract (same price as its Rogers counterpart) or $374.99 outright purchase (more affordable by $50 than the Rogers version). Once released, this will be Fido's first Android offering. For more info, you can check it out here.

Just to refresh your memory, the Acer Liquid e runs on Android 2.1 and sports a 3.5-inch touchscreen, 5-megapixel camera, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, and supports up to 7.2Mbps HSDPA connectivity.
