Hey guys, my fphone was stick at the acer logo as well, and I solved this problem today. You can download the latest software update on the oficcial acer website under support =>acer Z120 => OS.Acer.AV051.Z120.1.006.00.WW.GEN1S for single sim model Acer.AV051.Z120.1.014.00.WW.GEN1 for duo sim model Acer.AV051.Z120.1.006.00.WW.GEN1H for hi-res camera (5M) modelThe file is around 300mb. Download it and put it on a micro SD card. Now put the micro SD card into your phone.Then turn off the phone and turn back on. While turning on press power button together with volume down untill it vibrates. When it vibrates quickly press volume up, untill you get a choice menu: (unlike the other menu, this one is in english) - recovery mode - fastboot - normalpress vol up to select recovery mode and press vol down to access menu.You can look at this youtube video as well: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w4qXHFvgN2cnow press the home key and you will see a new menu appear. Navigate with the vol up and down buttons. Press the menu key (on the right of the home key) to access next menu. Go to update from SD card => select the downloaded file and update.Once the latest acer update file is installed reboot your device by choosing reboot in the recovery menu.The device has a full factory reset with the latest acer software. It worked for me, didn't get stuck anymore afterwards... Disatvantage is that you lose your own settings and apps, but it's better then a bricked phone :-)

Hi Luki. What were you doing before the problem occurred. It looks like you are stuck in a boot loop. Remove your battery and wait for a couple of minutes before putting the battery back in. If that doesn't work, you can do a hard reset. To do a hard reset. try this: 1.Shutdown the phone 2.Power it on with Power + Vol- (will appear Acer logo and the phone will vibrate) 3.Once it vibrates, release Vol- and push Vol+. 4.The phone will vibrate again, release Vol+ it will boot in recovery mode. 5.Use Vol- & Vol+ to highlight Wipe data/factory reset and use menu to select. 6.Confirm yes - delete all data. 7.Select reboot source

I have a acer cell and when I try to turn it on its show a battery sign with a exclamation mark beside and then starts charging again I tried holding down both up and down keys together at same time and brings me to a screen and ido a clean boot and it repeats it's self again getting frustrated wondering if anyone has a different options other than replacing battery

I allready tried that ... its the same thing :((( I think is virused... I've download some aplications from google play and after that my phone blacked out... I really try that recovery mode but ... nut workinf for me... I hope is not the soft... :((( Its a very good smarthphone... I like it It was like he knew what I wanted when I want... but now...

when I press recovery mode then and android with a caution sign appears and doesn't move from there and my home button doesn't work. please if you have an other solution tell me. thanks.
