Hey Carl! To set up your voicemail, please follow the steps below: 1. From your phone dial 1 + your area code + your phone number. 2. You'll hear an automated welcome message. 3. You'll then be asked to create a password, to record your name and record your greeting. Hope that helps! Source

Hi Mike. Usually a simple restart fixes it and refreshes network signal so you can send text messages again. Have you checked your account balance? Maybe you just ran out of load.

Hi Colin. Visit Samsung Galaxy S III page here in The Informr. Scroll down that page until you see Samsung Galaxy S III Manual (PDF). Hope that helps. :)

Hmm... The cheapest way is to cover it up with a case. If you really want it repaired, you have to bring it to a Samsung service center and buy a new frame from them.

That's bad news laokas. Sorry to hear. Rice or any other product that absorbs moisture such as a desiccant will help. Rice however is the least expensive and might be your only available option. Fill a small zip tight plastic bag with rice, drop in your phone, seal it and hope for the best. Wish you luck! p.s. For encouragement...our colleague Grindale once saved his phone with rice. And, here's a story about a wet BlackBerry that was rescued!

Yes, they work. Rice has rescued my phone once but the battery died already. Pop in a new replacement from mpj and everything work fine again.

Yes they still do but the model number has to be a T999 the other one that works for Rogers, Bell, Fido, Telus, Etc Does not work with Mobilicity but they still even sell them on the site.

Hi. Mobilicity already discontinued offering the Galaxy S III but you can still use it with their network. I hope this answers your question. Cheers!

Eric, does the flash light up for a second or so every single time you put in the battery? It's probably just a way to indicate that the battery holds a charge and that the phone is still working -- think hardware diagnostics. If it isn't causing any trouble, you can just ignore it.

Hey Eric. There's a 4200mAh extended battery + back cover (with NFC) in Amazon. I also found a TPU case compatible with it but not as tough as those of Otterbox. No luck finding one that offer the kind of protection Otterbox offers. Click here for the Amazon link.

Here's something that might interest you. Found a guy in YouTube who modified his Otterbox case to fit his Galaxy S III with extended battery. Hope this idea can be helpful. Click here to watch the video.
