Try this -- from the home screen tap on Contacts then choose a contact. You should see a star located just the right of the contact name. Tap on the star to add that contact as a favourite.

Hi Mary. To download photos from Samsung Galaxy S II to computer:- Connect USB to your phone and computer, connect the smaller end to your phone and the larger end to your computer. - Your device will initiate MTP mode, once this happen, your computer will recognize your phone and prompt you to access phone's data. - From there on, you can copy and paste files, to and from your computer.

What does it say? It could be security code or could be carrier unlock code. If it's security code, you can get it from the carrier your phone was originally purchased from. I'm not sure though if they will help if you're not their subscriber. If it's carrier unlock code, you need to get code from phone unlocking websites.

Hi Suzanne. If your phone is experiencing some trouble it can force itself into Safe Mode so you can continue using the phone and get the chance to fix whatever it is that is causing your phone to crash. When you're done and want to exit Safe Mode, here's how: 1. Turn off the phone by pressing the Power button. 2. Pull the battery out and wait for 30 seconds. 3. Put the battery back in. 4. Turn on your phone, and if successful, you shouldn't see anymore the Safe Mode on the left hand corner. If you still want to get the user manual, you can get it from the Samsung Galaxy S II page.

I was looking for the Samsung Galaxy S Touch, but couldn't find this phone. But if you're referring to the Samsung Galaxy 550, the topic you chose for this question, you can download the manual from the Samsung Galaxy 550 page. Just click on the link located on the right hand side of the screen to initiate the download.

Are you sure? I have bought a Samsung Galaxy S II X and no radio. I called Samsung and they say no radio built in. (odd because Future shop says it has it and I tested it in the dealer) I would check again

The music player on the Samsung Galaxy S 2 supports files with extensions AAC, AAC+, eAAC+, MP3, WMA, 3GP, MP4, and M4A. Launching the Music Player allows you to navigate through your music library, play songs, and create playlists (music files bigger than 300 KB are displayed). More information can be found on page 67-69 of the user manual.

Not even downloading anything on it? Also, are you running a lot of apps? I suggest having your phone checked. Maybe there's a problem with battery.
