I had this problem and took it to my son in law who works in IT. The locking device is to prevent accidental touches with your ear to the kayboard - when you are on a call. Ignore the message until you wish to end the call, then double tap and press end call button.

if you've got the answer, I would also like to know how to disable automatic screen lock when answering calls. it's annoying. thanks

I believe this is normal as this helps you in preventing making accidental touches on the screen while on a call.

Hi there. Have you checked your APN settings? Make sure they are the same to what your carrier is providing.

Just check if you have entered the Wi-Fi password correctly. But my wife experienced an issue with a local brand (I'm from the Philippines). Her phone won't connect even when the correct password was entered. She had to reset her phone back to factory settings before she got Wi-Fi working again.

Remove the battery then put it back in. Turn on your phone and it should work as it normally would.
