Thanks for your response, Carl. I don't have an option Application mgr. under Settings. In the same menu as Settings there is an option Apps but none of the apps you mention are listed there. I don't know about Ethan's phone but I've reset mine to factory defaults. Should those apps be installed on the phone?

Go to Setting / Application mgr./installed apps and delete some app: Media DS plugin, MMS DS plugin, SeCon Updater, Service Controllers, SMS DS Plugin. Then, reconnect your device with pc. wait for ovi install all support app. Now, problem was resolved. Source Note: Do this at your own risk.

Resetting to factory defaults made no difference. I tried that before posting here the first time. It still asks for the time and date every time I try to do anything, despite my setting them repeatedly, and returning an error 300 when I try to install apps.

I'd like to know that answer to this question as well, for the same reason.Ethan: does your phone keep asking you to set the time and date, even though you've already done so?

Hi Israel. Unfortunately, the Nokia Asha 201 does not have Flash and therefore cannot stream videos.
