Google didn't unveil a new Nexus handset at the Google I/O event but a new variant of the Nexus 4 could be coming sooner rather than later. Reports say that a white version of the Nexus 4 would hit Google Play on June 10. The device reportedly would have Android 4.3, an updated version of Jelly Bean. As for hardware and pricing, the handset will reportedly be exactly alike the black model currently in shelves: a 4.7-inch display, quad-core processor and an extremely cheap unlocked price tag.
What Else You Need To Know
- Android 4.3 features are not known at this time, other than Bluetooth Smart (BLE), which was confirmed by Google to be included in the next Android update.
- Into Mobile says that the white Nexus 4 would be sold for $299.
