Apple has confirmed that the keynote address to the 2013 edition of its Worldwide Developers Conference is slated for Monday, June 10th, the first day of the conference. The conference will take place June 10th to 14th at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, California. Apple's expected to showcase new versions of its operating systems for mobile devices (iOS 7) and Macs (OS X 10.9). If Apple upholds tradition, the CEO, now Tim Cook, will kick off the show and will bring out Phil Schiller, Craig Federighi, and Eddy Cue for updates on hardware, software, and services, respectively.

What Else You Need To Know

  • Aside from the upcoming iterations of the iPad and the iPhone, there are rumors and reports circulating that Apple's working on a completely-revamped interface for iOS, a smartwatch, Apple TV and a new music streaming service similar to Spotify.
  • WWDC tickets went on sale for $1,599 each on April 25th and were quickly sold out.
  • Apple typically releases a beta of the new version of iOS soon after the Keynote ends.
