Does the Motorola RAZR V work on Public Mobile?

Hey Jay. Only phones purchased directly from Public Mobile will work on their network. Phones purchased elsewhere will not work on their network.

What does it mean when the battery icon on the Motorola Razr V has a question mark?

Hey Jim. Is it a question mark (?) or an exclamation point (!)? If you see an exclamation point in the battery icon, it means that you're a few minutes away before your phone shuts off. You're about to lose battery charge. Charge your phone immediately.

Why doesn’t a manual come with the Motorola RAZR V in the box?

Unfortunately, the package includes some sort of quick start guide. But that won't really help you I guess. Good thing you came across our website. You can download a free PDF copy of the user manual from the Motorola Razr V product page. You just have to click on the link located on the right hand side of the page to start your download. Cheers!
