Motorola MOTOKEY SOCIAL User Manual

My Motorola MOTOKEY keeps asking me to put in my sim card but I don't even have one to begin with in the phone, like it didn't come with the phone when I bought it through telus, now all my phone says when the lock screen is down is Insert SIM and it won't allow me to have access to my messages either, I've basically tried everything, turning things on and off to see if it'll change, I even restarted my phone and that ended up deleting all my contacts! Any suggestions please?

Constant display of Emergency Mode can be caused by poor reception in your area or it can also happen when your phone gets wet. To exit Emergency Mode, try to turn off your phone and turn it back on. If your phone hang up, take out the battery, put it back and then turn on your phone. If your phone is still under warranty, maybe you can ask for a phone replacement. I'm not sure if they can do that, but it's worth a try.

this phone is really really sensitive an you need to watch when its in emergency but turn your phone off then back on the go to settings then you go to the 3G an make sure it is set automatic it has happene sever times to me already
