LG F4NR

I am with Virgin Mobile and how do I retrieve my voicemail?

I am with Wind in Alberta, Canada. How do I set up my voicemail???

Won't dialling 1 and calling it work? Anyway, which carrier are you with?

Hi Annie! Which carrier are you with? Try dialling 1 and call it.

So where is my answer ??? this is very annoying...

any other answers?

How do I shut off the sent text chime that sounds every time after i press the ok button to send a text?

Everytime I push a button this phone it makes noise. I do not want a beep after every letter I type when sending a text message.

Go to Settings > Audio & Ringtones > Keypad Tone, disable it.

Thanks for the idea. I went into Settings / Connection / Access Point Name and reset it (values all changed to something different). To be sure, I edited the APN and typed some garbage and saved it. This worked - no more use of the Browser on this phone!

Checked the manual, looks like you really can't disable the browser. What I can suggest is that you enter a wrong APN settings. Go to Settings > Connectivity > Connection > Internet Profiles > Edit the one you are currently using and purposely mess it up to avoid getting internet connection. Let me know if that works.

Hi Glen! Press and hold the red phone key to turn on LG F4NR.

how to turn phone off

Open Menu -> Settings -> Accessibility -> Menu Readout, turn it off. Let me know if that's what you're looking for.

Open Settings > Audio & Ringtones > Alert Tone, try to change this to silent. Let me know if that works.

Hi july41975. Based on the manual, looks like the phone only activates the data when you use it. Anyhow, you can try going to Settings > Connection > Internet Profiles, try to edit the one you are using and purposely make it wrong to avoid connecting to mobile data. Hope that works.

Hi Jacquie. Which carrier are you with?

You can get a soft copy of the full version of the user guide on LG F4NR page here in The Informr.

I tried looking for sellers online but failed to find. I suggest directly contacting LG. I'm sure they can help you by providing a replacement battery.
