Common Questions

LG released the Aristo on January 23, 2017.

The Aristo price will vary depending on retailer, age, special offers and whether or not it's purchased with a service plan. If purchased with a 2 year service contract for example, you would likely pay much less for the phone itself up front. You can compare LG Aristo prices from around the web here on The Informr.

LG backs up the Aristo with a 1 Year parts & labour warranty.

If your Aristo has problems and is still within its warranty period, you could contact LG support or the retailer you purchased the phone from. You'll find LG's contact information here. If your phone is off warranty and needs repair for a physical problem such as a broken screen or bad battery, you should visit an authorized service centre or a local phone repair shop. I don't even know where to start.....except to say it looks identical to an I Phone 8, screen clarity, etc......but the I Phone is easy to use, understand and it has common sense and logical.  This LG Aristo is just.......none of those things.  The volume for ring speaker and music speaker is overly controlled and I can't hear it when it rings. It's also annoying playing music from it in car, You Tube....only goes s loud.   To answer you have to swipe then press answer button....it's baffling.  The Internet options settings are confusing, can't find a darn flashlight on it, the email comes out of some G Mail deal.........Facebook Messenger overrids my other texts......can't find voicemail function.............I mean.......this phone makes NO NO NO sense, I absolutely hate it Less

This phone is trash

I hate this because it heats up really bad at any app I try to run like snap chat or just any game. I really wish I knew this phone was pathetic and bad before I bought it. I swear to got a phone 2012 is better than this thing, I have so many complains like, can barely run any app,I cant even listen to music because it pauses by itself, or any video or song that plays. My advice get the smasung or Motorola that was also 150$, thoes phone are probably 100× better than the lg aristo. I got left to say is don't buy this worthless phone, there's other phone from tmobile that are the same price and have better specs, with this phone I tried playing pubg mobile and it literally only ran 2 fps

Excellent phone

I have not had any problems with this phone. In fact,  I have dropped it twice and it still works fine. For the price, it is well worth it.

I love this phone. The phone has not given me any problems so far it has great quality I just love this phone.

Paperweight phone

This phone is the worst that I've ever had.  Currently, I can't make any calls out. The phone will unlock and re-lock itself.  Last month it kept turning off its volume.  Not on vibrate, on silent!  I would turn the volume back on and the next couple of minutes it would turn it back on silent.  It decides when I can make and/ or receive calls.  I've removed various apps, restarted it, taken it in to the store and no one can tell me what the problem is.  T Mobile says that they haven't had anyone else with this issue, but this is insane. My husband has the same phone, but doesn't take pictures or download many apps.  Sometimes it happens to his phone, but my phone is always  acting up.  I wish I knew that this phone was so pathetic before I bought it.  I'm beyond annoyed.  I would recommend just getting the Samsung because this isn't worth it.

Affordable and excellent for the price.

For what it is, it's 10 stats easily. Also, I have had it for 8 months now, no probs whatsoever. Less

Some mis-haps

The phone is good for it's price, good amount of storage for apps, and extendable storage through SD cards. The only problem is whenever turning on the phone with 2 taps or button, it won't register as turning on. Having to use the button and pressing it twice is annoying but has a good camera and feels well.

A decent affordable phone

A decent affordable phone from LG> Comes with Amdroid Nougat 7.0  but comes with some bloatware that easily removed if you have to disable or remove it completely from the device.  Complaints about the performance depend on what you are doing with the device, the snappy quad core processor does the job really well.  The 13 megapixel camera does great photos/  If you are complaining about performance, try clearing the cache and uninstalling apps you do not need. Adding extra memory to storage also helps. Play with this phone and learn its features before posting a review/

Too much system crap takes all the internal memory. Sucks.

NO problems!

I haven't had any of the problems people complain about, great battery life, no crashes, all around great, except for the camera, which could be better and have more choices. There are good free apps for that, so not a big deal. Reliable and easy to use, fast.
