LaptopMedia

Battery durability that will impress you

from LaptopMedia

Lenovo P2 is a model suitable for people who don’t enjoy charging their phones too frequently. It can give you several days of work without the battery even crossing your mind, which is often one of the main features that the users demand these days. If you think, however, that your phone is running low on battery, the Ultimate Power Saver mode will make sure to delay your encounter with the charger. Besides the battery, however, P2 has everything else that you would expect to see in a middle-class smartphone.

A big phone with a big battery and a small price

from PhoneArena

It’s not a miraculous wonder-phone: it has a terribly outdated user interface, it runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow, it has some occasional bugs (but nothing deal-breaking), its camera is decent, but has trouble with highlights and 4K video recording has the same troubles and lack of detail. But that is not entirely unexpected from a $300 phone. In fact, for this price the Lenovo P2 pros outweigh its cons.

Budget brilliance with a beast of a battery

from IT Pro

If the Lenovo P2 had nothing to recommend it but a three-day battery life, that would probably be enough to earn it a recommendation. The fact that it backs this up with a capable screen, nippy performance and some interesting features means it gets a ringing endorsement. What's more, at £200, the Lenovo P2 is also phenomenally good value. It may not be flashy or eye-catching, but if you want a reliable workhorse of a device that will keep going through thick and thin, you're not going to get much better than this.

Unparalleled smartphone battery life

from Alphr

. That absurd battery life alone is well worth the price: don’t forget, you’re buying the longest-lasting smartphone by far. And it doesn’t stop there: the P2’s display, performance and build quality are all top notch given the price, and it’s a worthy competitor to much more expensive mid-range phones.

Charge & go

"With great power comes great responsibility", said Spiderman's uncle once. Indeed, the expectations of the Lenovo P2 are somewhat higher than usual, but thankfully it delivers great performance across the board, and won't fail you whatever the task. For a mid-ranger, the P2 goes above and beyond its purpose and that speaks volumes about its capabilities. If you can live with the bland design, the Lenovo P2 is an excellent smartphone in pretty much every other aspect.

Well-specced, great value

from Recombu

The Lenovo P2’s awesomeness thankfully extends well past the ridiculously good battery life. For just £200 (or £23 per month on contract), you get a well-specced handset that’s great for enjoying media on the move, as well as reassuringly rugged. As a result, it's a definite rival to other value phones like the Moto G4.
