Kyocera Hydro Edge User Manual

I just got the hydro wave and it doesn't let me download anything ! When i click on the play store it tells me that the app isn't installed. I went to to settings, apps, and looked for the play store app but it doesn't appear there. Also i tried going to the play store on the chrome browser and install an app, it tells me that the app will be downloaded shortly but it never does.

Hi Ricky W. Here are some various reasons why you are unable to download apps from the Play Store: 1. You don't a Google account associated with your Kyocera Hydro Edge. 2. You don't have connection to internet. 3. Google Play updated/is updating itself. Try this to fix your problem: Open Setting > Apps > Scroll down to and select Google Play Store and hit Clear Data. I need to delete some photos on my hydro edge but , there is no trash can to delete them how can I go about deleting them off of my phone.

Hi Gary. While viewing a photo, there should be a 'trash can' icon on the upper right hand side of the screen. That's what you need to tap on to delete the photo.

Do you see a light on the side or at least hear anything? I'm afraid that your screen has damage/defects. Try removing your battery for a while (maybe for around 5 mins) then put it back on and try turning it on again if it then displays something on the screen.
