Huawei Prism User Manual

Hi Emilio. If you're device has already been rooted, you can just download Link2SD. With Link2SD, you can move apps installed in your phone memory to your memory card. Just note that some apps will not work when moved to the memory card.

how do i manually install my memory card in my prism I phone'

The Huawei Prism uses a mini-SIM card.

Hi. Where are you downloading from? Have you checked your connection(Wi-Fi/Cellular) if you have signal or is connected on-line?

Hi, your back cover maybe a little lose, making the battery unstable in its proper position. Also, have you tried changing batteries? The issue may be in your battery. You might also want to do a factory reset, that might solve the problem, but don't forget to make backups before doing so. Hope this helps.
