Hey there! Try this: Go to Settings > Developer Options > then look for an option look for stay awake, uncheck it. Then see if the screen still stay up.

Unfortunately, the the soft touch keys doesn't really light up by default. You have to open the phone and add LED lights under it for it to light up, which is risky.

Hi, how old is your phone and how much battery does it lose while turned off? This could either be normal for a phone or there might be an issue with the battery in it.

Go to Messaging. Tap on the Menu button ➔ Settings ➔ Delivery reports. That where you can turn off the delivery report notification.
