I have a Zenfone 3 with cracked glass. The screen works fine. What would it cost to replace the glass. Are there any GTA locations.

Previous commenter is a bold-faced liar. I've had the phone for a month now and tried taking calls with both my trusty Sennheiser Amperiors and Sennheiser Momentums. Guess what? I've used these as headsets for calls for YEARS. The microphones DO NOT WORK with Zenfone 2.

i am using skull candy head set, when i inserted jack it is automatically opening google voice app and Music player...and if i am in call it automatically disconnecting it.

All headset/headphones with 3.5mm jack size. Most Bluetooth headset/headphones should be compatible.

I highly suggest only going to Asus authorized service centers. If you want to pay cheaper for repair, you have your phone repaired by local cellphone repair shops. Keep in mind that the latter will void your warranty.

Sounds like a defective unit (unless you broke your phone). Contact ASUS to find out where you can bring or send your phone for repair. Only after they check your phone will they determine if repair cost will be covered by warranty or not.

Try plugging it on your charger, check if it reacts on it. If not, I suggest taking it to a service center for repairs. Good luck!
