Looks like the only way to fix this is by factory resetting the phone.NOTE: Back up your files before factory resetting your phone cause this will delete all the files in your phone.

How can I change the answering options on my fierce xl so it won't answer on its own.

Yes I use a case. And there is no call settings to adjust.....so tired!!!!

A white light usually means a notification. Check the notification bar.

I just bought my pH 2 days ago and since I bought it my pH doesn't ever ring it automatically answers the calls I can't hear my alarms or text messages yet all my volumes are turned all the way up?!

Open dialer, check if you see 3dots on top of each other icon, if there is, then tap settings. Check if you an option calling accounts, tap it. Let me know if that's what you are looking for.

you can try pressing the power button for 10 seconds until it turns off and turn it back on that helped me

I have the exact same problem and wish I knew how to fix it so im just as confused as you...

Tried that. Finally took it back. Not only did it stop charging while on, I also could never just my internet even connected to wifi. It was all messed up. Thank you though!

Hi Nichole! It may just be your charger. Try using a different set of charger and check if it works.

Hi Tobi. Try using iFont (link) or simply install a home launcher app, most have custom fonts.

Can u change fonts without downloading apps?

Mine won't ring either, and it's NOT in silent mode. Just started happening recently. Perhaps it's time for a new phone. I've tried turning the ring volume to silent, then back to full again, rebooting the phone, clearing cache and rebooting the phone. None have helped. I'm not in airplane mode either.

Hi Clarence. Maybe you are in silent mode. While in home screen, press volume up, volume bar will show up, max it to the right.
