I dropped my LG optimus l70 on the floor and then the screen wet black and made a small static noise now it won't turn on no matter if I took out the battery and small card for a long period of time.

I had the same problem... all you have to do is to take of the back of you phone and push where your light comes out of

Took the back of my phone off and pushed up on the flashlight and it worked for me. Thanks rejjia

Had the same problem. All you have to do is lift the back of your phone cover and push up where your flash comes from. It worked for me

I have found that if you bang your L70 or drop it it will knock loose your flash inside the phone,,,,, I dropped my Phone on the floor and it started to work again..... I guess the phone is so delicate that you sure can't drop it,,, and not a rugged phone that's for sure.........

I have this phone one month and i have the damn problem

Try installing a flashlight app from the Google Play store to confirm that it's not your camera app malfunctioning and that your camera flash is working. Please let us know how it goes.
