Why does my Micromax Canvas Doodle 3 automatically start data connection & WiFi by itself and install unwanted apps?

That doesn't look good. Did you install any modded APK or installed any app not from Google Play store? It may have caused it. I highly suggest that you uninstall the apps you installed before that started happening.
