Why can I not hear the person calling me or me calling them on my Doro PhoneEasy 632?
suddenly my Doro Phone 632 is not allowing me to hear the caller or me them if I ring them back have checked phone settings not sure why this is suddenly happening

While on a call, press volume up key. You may have just accidentally lowered it. Please let me know if that's just it.
