Seriously fix what ever you did to screw our phones up. you look on facebook and see how many people do not like your service right now. are you going to give wireless people a discount for not being able to receive emails or roam during the day while they are on lunch and want to stream fb or what ever people have. your sorry isn't good till you fix the problem. Note; contract expires next year, not fixed have to go somewhere else, Next year is just around the corner. Have a great day
