Why does my Microamx Canvas 2 Colours frequently display sound bar with sound?

My Micromax colours phone is displaying a sound bar with sound once in 2-3minutes please help

Check the volume buttons. Maybe it was worn off or somehow damaged that's why it randomly adjust volume.
