i can't scroll past the the settings to disable the talk back.... the last one on the screen i can barely see storage

trick worked... two fingers simultaneously tapping the screen while scrolling it down.

Relax..just dont panic..the trick which is tapping the screen with two fingers did worked with my alcatel phone. pinilit kong mkapasok sa settings,accessibility by tapping it with two fingers and it was a success,Though it took time, but at least there's no need to reformat or reboot. Sayang naman pag nagkaganun.

Well people I had the same problem with the talk back feature on my alcatel one touch fierce. . Unfortunately I had to reset my freaking phone. .. back up ur pics and contacts I could never scroll down and had to do a reset. I turned off the phone took out Sim and waited for 3 minutes or so I then put the Sim card back in powered it on and held down the power button and volume up botton. . Which took me too a menu to reboot the phone. Good luck hope that helps

now the trick is to use two fingers to scroll down. go to accessibility and the turn off talk back

Hi Jovian. Turn off your phone and wait for a couple of minutes before turning it back on. Then try turning off talk back.

Go to Settings ➔ Accessibility ➔ Talk Back
