I just got my brand new HTC 826 dual sim, the front camera doesn't lunch and stop working immediately. HTC customer service on phone told me to make self testing "SD Card & Camera" , after test it work properly (lunching slow but it works). and after some time (24 hours) it stop working again and need to make the test again.

im having a htc desire 826 which have a camera problem since 2 months and also my touch sensitivity is not working i have tried all posible thing to fix this device but its not working

Goto settings>Apps > All . U can see Camera ..click that ..clear data option will be there ..after clearing the data restart ur mobile..it 'll work
