How get certificates back and work all apps in proper In asha 501
My asha 501certificates are deleted how to regain. and wattsap is not working this issue..
If you have access to a PC and a fast internet connection, you can also get the certificates back by Re-Installing the phone’s firmware through Nokia Suite or Nokia PC Suite (for older phones).
To do that,connect your phone to the PC and open Nokia Suite. Now goto Tools> Software Updates and select to re-install the phone’s software.

nothing hapend my all certificates delete and my sim not showing. how I download certificate and update my cellphone.
Have you tried updating your phone's software? If not, try updating it. Go to Settings > Phone update and tapping Check for updates. Let me know how it goes.
