Hi there,

Several days ago my galaxy E5 suddenly began having problems loading web pages and some apps Facebook and flickr mostly). I've had this phone for about 18 months and never had a problem before. It's always been very fast.  I don't have an excess of apps downloaded, nor do I store a lot of data. I haven't recently downloaded any new apps that might cause the sudden issue. Any suggestions what might have caused it or what I can do to fix it?
