I believe that the iPhone’s Safari browser is currently the best mobile browser available. However, that might change when the new Internet Explorer 6 for Windows Mobile 6 starts shipping.
Aside from supporting flash, which is sorely missing in Apple’s browser, it also features a mobile and desktop mode that basically gives you the option to view web pages as if you’re using a desktop computer. This is something I’m looking forward to as I find sites such as Multiply that have mobile-ready pages to be a bit inconvenient to use, but sadly, there’s no option to view it any other way on.
