This is just a rumor for now. RIM will be releasing the second iteration of the BlackBerry Pearl in December for Sprint. The BlackBerry Pearl 2 will have an integrated GPS. Unfortunately, it doesn’t have WiFi.
Moreover, the December release date could stretch until first quarter of ‘08. That’s still many months away, and the original BlackBerry Pearl isn’t exactly an old thing yet, even without the GPS, users will not be too anxious to shell out another few hundred dollars for a new one.
