Boy Genius Report is circulating a rumor that the RAZR2 V9m 2G/HSDPA phone will be launched by Sprint Nextel sometime next month. RAZR 2 had an early release in Korea but on the V8 GSM model. The V9m will not enjoy the honor of being 2mm thinner than the RAZR version 1, but it will have wireless broadband data access and still maintain a thinnish form factor.
The Sprint RAZR 2 V9m will have a 2 MP camera, microSD slot and 3 hours of talk time. The wide external touchscreen will allow multimedia controls while the phone is folded.
