The HTC Raider 4G is an Android smartphone which sports a massive 4.5 inch qHD screen and even surpasses the iPhone 4S in sheer speed due to its 1.5GHz dual core processor and 1GB of RAM. The phone runs Android Gingerbread paired with HTC Sense 3.0, which is a very highly regarded user interface. This makes using the phone a breeze even for someone who has never picked up an Android phone before.
The 4G LTE speeds are in a class of their own. If the network allows, the HTC Raider can achieve downstream / upstream speeds of 100Mbps and 50Mbps, respectively. This is faster than most home broadband internet services and would allow even the largest files and programs to download nearly instantly. The phone also includes an eight megapixel camera that is very high quality, matching the iPhone 4S and Samsung Galaxy S II in image quality, even in low light. The camera also focuses extremely quickly so you can be sure that you will never miss that important shot.
Some users will not like the size of the screen though. 4.5 inches is very large and many find it to be too big to fit in a pocket or purse. Also, the battery life on the HTC Raider is not that great either. You should plan on needing your charger if you are away from home most of the day. Battery life can be improved if needed by turning off the 4G LTE signal, though this will make downloading files much slower. A good rule of thumb is to leave the 4G LTE off until you need it.
